As always all of the staffs level of customer service was Excellent. I always receive an excellent level of service and the entire staff ensures that I am comfortable and explains in detail what they see and what and what if anything needs to be done and why. They take the time to ensure that you feel that you "ARE IMPORTANT". Thank each and every one of the staff...you all are wonderful. I hadn't been to a dentist in two years, thanks to a bad experience in the past. Realizing it was finally time to have a check-up, a trusted friend recommended Tyson-Anderson. They scheduled me right away, and treated me exceptionally well throughout my actual appointment. The office is conveniently located for me, it's well-kept, and sterile. I am happy to put the care of my teeth and gums in their capable hands!
Amber Capps was patient and thorough! Dr. Anderson was reassuring and patient also!
Your staff is friendly, professional and well-equipped for the jobs to which they are assigned. I always feel comfortable and well cared for when I am seen for my cleaning and visit with Dr. Anderson. I would not change anything in that area.
