Deceptive practices and they will hit your credit report. I rented from them for 1 month time in 2019. I spoke with the lovely office staff who were deceptively friendly and accommodating. Apparently they have a clause when needing to break a lease that government or military employees have an exemption. DON'T BELIEVE IT!!!
