RecommendedI have used Anderson Drugs for over 30 years and would highly recommend them. Jeff Anderson is the absolute best! He goes above and beyond to provide excellent service to his customers! Yes, sometimes mistakes are made by some of the new staff, but Jeff resolves it promptly. Jeff and his staff are the best!! Fast & friendly service! There's never a long wait like the chain stores. They is also a drop off location for UPS so we don't have to drive to Athens or wait around for a pick up. I would not go anywhere else!
I always received my medical supplies from here. Will not anymore. Ordering wrong stuff, delay in ordering and even forgetting to order. I changed to another medical supply Co and they still waiting on all my paperwork from here. Very unprofessional!! Specially when it is medical supplies and this can endanger someone’s life!. I for one will not go back!! But can you send the medical info asked for by the new supplier?? The medical release form was sent 14 days ago and still nothing!!
I love Anderson Drugs. Jeff and his staff have always been so pleasant to deal with. They have always met my needs with any meds or questions that I have with anything. If Jeff or Janet didn't have it they made sure that it was ordered for me that same day. I will give them 5 stars any day of the week
I love Anderson Drugs. My mom has gotten a lift chair and a wheelchair there, and they helped us get it all figured out to get medicare to help pay for them. Jeff, Janet and Erica and the rest of the staff go above and beyond!! I wouldn't go anywhere else!!
I have dealt with Anderson Drugs & home care for years. They provide quick service and are always willing to order what ever specialty items I need. They have lots of staff so the there is rarely any wait time unlike the larger chains. Because they are locally owned, they know your history which prevents any mistakes.
