literally the worst place to get medications. there are so many things wrong with this place it's not even funny. they're always rude, they never have my medications ready, it always takes hours, and they're so mean every single time my fiance goes to pick up her medication it's absolutely ridiculous. I would not recommend these people to anyone, they didn't even mix up my daughter's medication last time she had to do it herself.
very slow service, and never have prescriptions ready on time. This last time I called over an hour before arriving to make sure my prescription would be ready when I got there, they said they were filling it right then. When I got there it still wasn't really. As much as I would rather support a local business, I'll be using Walgreens from now on.
RecommendedI really hate when people complain about one of the BEST family businesses in Etowah, they've been here for 50 yrs & going on 3 generations now.....this family would do anything for anyone in this town & surounding towns including FREE delivery service which your not going to get from anywhere else..... so if you have a problem with something ask to speak to Jeff or Logan & they will gladly help you & fix your problem but you don't have to put their business down especially when your not from our town born & raised!! slow service very slow. always out of meds and have.to owe. also way over priced u can get diabetic supplies at walmart for 1/3 of the price. drive thru is useless because they let people.sit and wait instead of drop and come.back. when refills are needed they tell u they sent to dr when in turn dr office has no notification. i miss freds. considering going elsewhere
I've been going there for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. No other pharmacy cares the way they do.
Some of the staff could.learn better bedside manners, so to speak. Food City pharmacy was way more professional and able to fill the order in a matter of minutes. Not days, and still not able to serve the customer. Save time and money, go the the pharmacy at Food City. Good people and very professional. Avoid Anderson drugs at all costs.
So glad I have all my prescriptions needs at Anderson's! They were great in helping me. I no longer have to drive on the other side of Athens, I feel so much better knowing it's so close to my home! Thank you all!
