This place is a damn joke.. We called yesterday around 930am to tell them the steps were icy and the manager Tina advised us she would be here shortly to treat the walk ways. I left around noon and she still hadn't come. I come back this morning and noticed that they have yet to be done. There's ice at the bottom of the steps untreated and in the walk way. I love my apartment at Anderson Crossing. The manager, Tina, is very professional and very friendly, and if you have any problems you can go to her and she'll take care of it right away. Maintenance takes care of any issues within 24hrs. I have free air conditioning which is very effective, free heat along with heated floors in the kitchen and bathroom in the winter,the walls are soundproofed so I can't hear neighbors talking or walking about, beautiful french doors in my bedroom that lead out to the patio that looks out ont... read more

I lived here for almost 7 years. From the age of 18-24. These apartments are INCOME BASED. Utilities included. Cute recent remodeled units. Small dogs welcome with a fee. Neighbors aren't bad at all. In fact, my close neighbors watched out for me. Inside of the office is a small workout area and computer lab. There is a tiny playground behind the office, a small basketball court and a cute gazebo to chill in.
