A friend of mine has been living in Anderson crossing for a few months. The lady in the office is rude after he signed his lease. She called herself having an inspection and came in and didn’t do hardly anything. The maintenance man took the batteries out of his smoke detector and never replaced the batteries. Why would you inspect an apartment that was just rented? That should have been done prior to the move in. The apartment reeks of cigarette smoke and marijuana. This place is a damn joke.. We called yesterday around 930am to tell them the steps were icy and the manager Tina advised us she would be here shortly to treat the walk ways. I left around noon and she still hadn't come. I come back this morning and noticed that they have yet to be done. There's ice at the bottom of the steps untreated and in the walk way. Sad alot of elderly people live here and the manager and maintenance can't come do something other then sitting on their ass in the office and expect people to risk fallin... read more

I love my apartment at Anderson Crossing. The manager, Tina, is very professional and very friendly, and if you have any problems you can go to her and she'll take care of it right away. Maintenance takes care of any issues within 24hrs. I have free air conditioning which is very effective, free heat along with heated floors in the kitchen and bathroom in the winter,the walls are soundproofed so I can't hear neighbors talking or walking about, beautiful french doors in my bedroom that lead out to the patio that looks out ont... read more
