Connie M Anderson PA-C, permanently damaged my entire face, jawline, and upper neck. She treated my face with a laser 16 times. There is a medical standard regarding the laser she used on me. The recommended number of treatments is about 6, not 16! I didn't know this at the time. During treatment 16, I told her that it didn't feel right and it hurt. She told me to "tough it out." Be Warned – Connie Anderson (under the supposed supervision of Dr. Evelyn Vanderveen) permanently injured my face with a laser. When I met with Dr. Vanderveen to discuss the injury, she was rude and refused to examine the obvious damage. Then Mrs. Anderson and Dr. Vanderveen sent me a letter saying they would no longer provide me with medical care. I was shocked and hurt. Not Good – I was very upset by how poorly Connie M Anderson treated me. I was also disappointed in the staff I encountered there. Overall, my experience was quite bad. I don't recommend Mrs. Anderson or the Dermatology Center of Grand Rapids to anyone.
