My wife went to get her nails done on a Thursday and by Saturday the "coating" or "gel" (sorry I'm a guy) was peeling and chipping off by Saturday. We had a New Years function to go to and she was VERY upset that her nails looked terrible. The product that was used is supposed to last a few weeks. She has been CONSTANTLY calling these people to make an appointment for them to do the job over, but they keep blowing her off, telling her they're busy. Terrible service, and they don't stand behind their work.

Beautiful clean place and the people are nice and friendly, but honestly horrible job done. We paid over $100 each for mani and literally within a few days it started chipping. The acrylic nails weren't applied right and that same day it was already coming off. Within a week all the acrylic nails literally popped off my daughters' nails. Im on week two and I have to go fix them all. Wont even bother going back there bc they clearly don't know what theyre doing. Will just bite the bullet and go elsewhere to get them all redon... read more

I was highly recommended to Anderson and Cole and I understand why. Upon entering the salon, I was greeted warmly by the front desk and immediately attended to. The technician was extremely pleasant and her skill set was terrific. Highly recommend!
