I am from Leadville and we went to camp in 1993 for our 6th grade trip- it was such a fun experience and now I tell my girls about it and my 13 year old wears my old camp t shirt (which she calls vintage) lol! Just wanted to say thanks for the great memories!!!
Me and my sister Skyler went there for three weeks every summer for 7 years I think. It was amazing going camping rafting, horse back riding.. Ect... The best thing was getting to have this chase to be able to go there . Me and my sister met new friends got to have an amazing experience there. There was a lot of amazing things about going to Anderson camps.
I was a camper here in the mid 80's!! I still talk about what an amazing time I had and still to this day relish in all of the wonderful experiences I had.
Was a camper at the main and wilderness camps 1966 through 1969. It was a fantastic experience.
Good for urban children.
