In the midst of a difficult process with my insurance company about a no fault of my own accident, the one thing they hit a home run on was having Anderson Behel as their preferred body shop. From my initial call to Tracy who finagled getting my truck in the shop the same day, to my estimator, Alan who examined my truck and noted a potential safety concern that made the vehicle iffy to drive away.
Just had our Ford Explorer repaired for a collision damage. Flawless work, great customer service! The whole experience was a breeze. Thank you!

Somebody once told me the world was gonna roll me. I ain't the sharpest tool in the shed. She was lookin' kinda dumb with her finger and her thumb in the shape of an L on her forehead. So yes - overall a great restaurant to try out if you're looking for a zesty meal!
They provide excellent service. Something was wrong with my car after picking it up the first time after repair, but they really put in all their effort without blinking to make up for their mistake as fast and smooth as possible. I really appreciated the communication and kindness. I will definitely come back if I need another repair in the future.
This place is GREAT! I did some self inflicted damage to my car backing up in my driveway (tail lights, bumper, corner damage). They had my car for 1 week, during which they called me several times to give me updates. When it came time to pick up my car, the pickup couldn't have been easier!
I was very satisified with my experiance here. The price I was quoted by Anderson Behel was the price I paid- no hidden costs or mark ups. I was quoted 4 days turn around on repair time and my car was ready in 4 days. I was updated twice in the 4 day time span.
This place an awesome! Mariah is the best! They keep you posted as to the progress of your vehicle. They handle EVERYTHING with the insurance, and my van looks newer than before! They are so helpful and professional!
Alan and Mariah at Anderson Behel were absolutely fantastic! I asked them to repair my car while I was away from a few months and they were able to accommodate me when I had to keep my car on their site beyond when I said I was able to pick it up. The work was fantastic. The process with insurance was seamless and they kept me well informed while I was away. I would definitely return!
