Best auto body shop ever. These folks know they're business and have great customer service. Had the opportunity to have two cars repaired through their shop and was very satisfied. The finished work was just beautiful

As others have noted, very professional service. I am especially impressed by the front desk staff who were nice enough to give me daily updates. The repair took longer then they initially estimated and I had an upcoming trip but they worked with me to ensure I got the car back in time.The work was clean and came with a warranty. I took off one star because the estimate was to complete the work in 3 days but took 7 and would have taken longer if I hadn't pushed to get it done faster.
This shop does great work. Mariah is the go to lady to keep everything on track. I would return because Mariah will take care of you and make sure you're happy!
Brought my car here to have a fender bender fixed. My biggest concern was getting the repair done quickly so I could get back to my life. The repair was painless and I can't tell that my car was in an accident anymore.
I took my Subaru Impreza here and recieved it back earlier this month. I bought a new 2017 truck from a Santa Clara Ford dealer and the contract included OEM roof clearance lights to be installed as from the factory. It has taken 5 months for the dealer to get the parts and finally, they scheduled the truck in for the work. This dealer does not have a body shop and works with Anderson Behel Body Shop. Didn't wanna write a review while I was upset but! Mariah is a sweetheart I actually had a lot of rock chips on my car paint and they said they would fix it free of charge. I came in and met Mariah and I asked her if I could see my car and she said yaaaaaaaaaaaas! Lol. She let me see my car which was in awful condition btw. The only thing I was upset over was the fact they took so long for my car, had a minor accident and they ordered one of my car parts and they hadn't put it on the car. This review is LONG over due.i first came to Anderson behel in 2009 I got into a car accident and USAA recommend this place. I was new to the area did not know of any other place. they did a awesome job ! Starting with Mirah she is one of the best customer service personal I have ever dellt with. my car was to perfection.
