Highly Recommended – One of the best around.: I have had reason to bring my cars to Artistic on about 4 or 5 separate occassions. Always they have either done the repairs superbly the first time, or have worked to make things correct if I had to bring my car back in for something that was their issue. I had a not so nice surprise recently when I returned to my parked car at the Oakland Airport. It had been hit, the side was scratched and the bumper was dented and hanging. I have had very little experience with auto accidents or damages, thankfully. I took it the next day to Crocketts for an estimate and met with Aaron. I had a great experience this afternoon at Crockett Auto Body. I had just been in a parking lot in Martinez doing some shopping. I parked very far away so that no one would hit my car. When I came out just 10 minutes later someone had opened a car door very roughly (maybe even on purpose and scraped the side of my car, even taking some paint off. They have my business and wholehearted recommendation – "Took my wife's car in for detailing. They told me what I knew already, that the accident damage to one of the doors would be much more apparent afterwards, and then asked if I was interested in having it improved. They understood that we weren't there for full-on body work (not in our budget), but said that their ""paintless dent removal"" man might be the ticket if 90% fixed was OK with us. I can't say enough good things about this body shop! If you need body work done in the Pinole area, this is where you should go. We moved from Pinole to Martinez and still drive over there to get our car's fixed because we don't think we could find anyone better. I never thought I'd yelp about a great experience at a body shop but they are so nice that I wanted to pass on my good experience. We've had three cars fixed here over the last couple years.
