This place sucks I’ve been here over 5 yrs and I’ve been killing roaches 5 months straight the neighbor above me had a infestation not one time did the staff tell me instead I came home to roaches coming in and out of wall plugs floors ceiling bathrooms rooms dining table my nightstand & for the last 5 months looking at me then running They are German roaches this property SUCKS Which my pics are stamped with dates and times I have many more pictures and emails all of my neighbors had to move unit’s because of the problems

Lovely apartment and clean grounds. everyone is accommodating with issues. I never had a problem with maintenance.
I would not recommend this complex due to the staff and their inability to assist their current tenants. I experience along with 8 other people my car being broken into because of the gate constantly being left open. Brittany, Ann, and Josh are rude and can careless about safety or being treated fairly. Breeze ways are trashy and I was told recently about the constant banging that they found a leak (aka Mold) in my building. My lease is up Aug 2017 and I will not be renewing.
Every other night I have to hear the people downstairs from me fighting. It's 4am and they are doing it again. I've contacted the leasing office and called the police multiple times. This is too much to pay to have to be awaken multiple nights per week over the same crap.
Maintenance has not been a problem, things are taken care of immediately. These are not sound proof, I can hear the people upstairs and in the apt. behind us, but that has not been a problem either(neighbors are considerate)
