Wait times were insane today, front desk receptionist was rude and patients showing up well after us were seen before we were. They seem to have no regard for kids school responsibilities and parents work/ meeting commitments. Would definitely not recommend.
RecommendedSo Wednesday I went in for a consultation and the atmosphere was just incredible ❤️❤️ you could feel the smiles and love behind the mask. I guess 20min into my consultation Kristin said we can actually get you scheduled today to get your braces 😬 on. And we went from there. The whole team from beginning to end made my whole day. RecommendedDr. Scarborough and staff are excellent! They are thorough and explain everything to my 14 year old daughter in a way that she can easily understand. They make her feel comfortable and she enjoys going in each month! Their office is always clean and sanitary and their Covid 19 precautions are great. We feel very safe when we go in. They do wonderful work and we just couldn’t be happier!
