What can I say! Jimmy and his team at Helensvale are the most professional, amazing and down to earth people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Jimmy was so helpful, knowledgeable and so easy to work with regarding our flooring needs. We needed new carpet for our rental and we needed a quick turn around and Gaylene came out right away, quoted a great price for a great quality carpet and had it installed the day after the quote. Kobe the installer was friendly, professional and did an amazing install. Very happy with all services and will absolutely use again. Thanks team!
We had our upstairs carpet replaced by Andersens, Helensvale. From start to finish the team were extremely helpful and accomodating to our needs. Jimmy helped us choose the best carpet for our needs(not just pushing us to the most expensive type) and the team worked with our timing situation without any issue. Install was very prompt and professional and we could not be happier with the results! We will definitely be using Andersens Helensvale again in the future!
I had Ethan come out and do a quote and he was extremely professional and we went ahead and purchased our carpet and it was installed in a excellent manner cleaned up I was so happy and we are no waiting on our blinds that we just ordered highly recommend this family run business
