Andersens Helensvale are a delight to deal with and this is why we keep going back to them.. Gaylene was our first point of contact and always took the time to listen to what we wanted and ensured we got what we wanted at a very reasonable price. Great back up from Jimmy when Gaylene wasn’t available. Got some great ideas from both. On site experience was great with Christian (and Jack), Paul and Reed. Excellent workmanship and care from all the guys. Couldn’t recommend Andersens enough.
Incredibly efficient service, pricing was unbeatable, they went above and beyond to give us an amazing price and get our new carpet in before we moved. Wer so grateful to Gaylene for her help, even coming to measure up on a Sunday, less than one week before the carpet was laid! Top notch service.
The service and efficiency I received from Gaylene who came to measure and quote was very professional and friendly. She was able to answer all my questions as she has been with the company for about 20 years. She brought samples of flooring products for me to make a decision that day. Recently went to Anderson’s at Helensvale. Jimmy was very helpful with all our questions. Tony did the measurements and the quote. All very professional. The quote was very competitive. We installed vinyl planks. Josh was the contractor. He was amazing , helped me with decisions on which way the planks should be placed. Work completed in the week. Extremely happy with the results. The whole experience was very professional from the start. Would highly recommend this company.
