Ask for Josh. Absolutely stand up job. Andersons allowed us to change the order at the last minute, no problems. Josh the installer was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and he rolled out the flooring in a way that allowed us to move in part way through the job. 5/5 would floor again.

We had a fantastic experience with Jimmy at Anderson's Helensvale! He was incredibly lovely and accommodating, helping us choose the perfect toddler-friendly carpet for our home. His advice was knowledgeable and genuinely helpful, and he made the whole process so easy. His twin boys, who installed the carpet, were also amazing—professional, efficient, and did a fantastic job. We had our whole house carpeted with Andersens in Helensvale approx 4 years ago and we were very happy with the whole operation. We contacted Jimmy and told him we needed to have a small area of carpet stretching attended to. A couple of days later Brad and his assistant arrived and very quickly and professionally stretched the carpet in all the rooms and the vacuumed the whole house for us.
