Customer service is terrible. They don't stand behind their products. They always assume customer misuse. I do not recommend this product to anyone. I have had problems with my storm door which I only had for less than 5 years.
I ordered a $284.98 door locking device after answering detail questions from agent. Upon receiving part almost month later, it was the wrong part. I called them again to let them know. I had to pay another $284.98 again before ordering part again. They said they would inconviently refund me after thy received the wrong part back. Three weeks later they credited back to my bank card $231.98 and a 20% handling fee because they sent the wrong part. Don't deal with penny pinching company!
