I hired Mr. Andersen over a year ago to prepare an appraisal report for a house I was putting in the market. Mr. Andersen is very professional, and cordial. He inspected the house thoroughly. His assessment was very accurate in regards to the condition of the house, and its current value. I have no hesitation in giving Mr. Andersen five stars. He owns them.

John appraised a client’s home that was in the process of starting probate. John was on time and very professional. He was very attentive to my Client who wanted to walk him through the property himself. Afterwards, he gave us an approximate turn around time to have the appraisal completed and back to us. His assessment of value was fair and accurate. With Covid, and courts closed, our close of escrow was delayed. John had to come out to reevaluate the property. John Anderson was assigned to appraise a property I represented in Upland. The house he appraised is a historic, mid-century modern house in San Antonio Heights which, because of its size and provenance, did not conform to anything else in the area. John was able to take a multitude of factors into consideration when completing the appraisal and at no time did it seem like the assignment was an overwhelming experience for him (or me) which could have resulted in a bad appraisal.
