Staff is rude and does not seem to care if you have questions about what's being done when it comes to a procedure. When asked what something was the tech seemed more annoyed with me than she was willing to help me understand what was happening. (I've never had something like this done) I was treated as if I was inconveniencing them. Good luck getting your test results if you were sent there by another doctor, it seems almost impossible to get an answer.
Generally happy with quality of eye care but terrible customer service. I have to pick up sample contact lense; no fitting or consultation. They made me sign in and wait for 7 other customers to seelct and get fitted for eyeglasses before I could pick up my same lenses that we sitting at the desk.
I called for my son to be a new patient and the person that answered which was Bonnie, I was not pleased with her attitude. I asked her did you all take eye med and straight Medicaid, which she didn’t give me an answer but wanted to set up an account so as she asked me for my phone number I said wait. I called and push number three to make sure that you guys take my insurance first. I had severe allergic conjunctivitis in both eyes for 3 months before finally finding Dr. Van Horn. He was very patient, understanding, really listened to me, and actually cared about how I was feeling. I was miserable and just wanted it to go away. Dr. Van Horn came up with a treatment plan and recommended I find an allergist who would work with him to control any further outbreaks. It’s now been almost a year, and I haven’t had any more problems. I highly recommend Dr. Van Horn! He is very kind and knowledgeable!
Drove past this eyeglass company improperly displaying our American Flag. Our flag is required, in honoring a previous Presidents death, to be flown at half staff. Anderson Eye Associates disrespectful display dishonors Presidents Carters service to our great nation. No partisan politics are involved-all Presidents deserve this honor.
