my mother had an appointment for 10:20 am. we arrived at 10:10. she wasn’t called back until 11:20. she then waited in the back waiting area another 60 minutes before being seen. well, 3 hours later and finally finished. this is a typical experience when you go to a facility that has a ‘production line’ type of service.

I got new glasses and new frames in January of 24 in March of 24 because I could not see out of those glasses, then in July another prescription for glasses I cannot see out of these glasses at all, sew in May of 25 I had another exam and a new prescription. My doctor, Donahue, God gave me a new prescription and went downstairs to the glass place and my doctor has said to rework. I had an eye appointment today, and the lab tech named Michelle who waited on me did not read my chart prior to meeting with me. She asked if I wear contacts. I told her I had Lasik surgery years ago. She did a complete eye exam with my glasses on and I only wear my glasses for reading. When I brought it to her attention, she laughed and said oh yeah, I guess that would make a difference. Very disappointed in the lack of knowledge and attention paid by this technician. Overall excellent service, doctors and staff. They move a very large number of patients through a number of specialties very efficiently. My single complaint is that they’ve recently switched to an online check in model, and it’s a little frustrating. Especially the ads that have to be clicked through to finish checking in.

Staff is rude and does not seem to care if you have questions about what's being done when it comes to a procedure. When asked what something was the tech seemed more annoyed with me than she was willing to help me understand what was happening. (I've never had something like this done) I was treated as if I was inconveniencing them. Good luck getting your test results if you were sent there by another doctor, it seems almost impossible to get an answer.
