RecommendedI ordered the queso dog which is a beef frank wrapped in bacon and grilled to perfection. It’s served in a bolillo bun and topped with beans, yellow sharp cheddar cheese and a wonderful white cheddar cheese. It was amazing. I loved the crispy ness of the bacon and the frank. It’s a crispness that you can only get by grilling.
