Braised short ribs are excellent
Decent hotel for a stay near Bryant Park. Pricey but good breakfast food (not included) and large (for NY) gym. Do ask for a „splash suite“ - they have a view of the library!

Decent downstairs bar. Great wine, good service and decent nibbles.
