I had 3 loose stones on my wedding rings and I didnt want to send my rings out to be fixed. I had a very bad experience with a local jewelry store in Bradley. I was referred by a good friend to take then to Andaul Jewelers...they tightened them overnight for me!!! That is customer service at the fullest! Paul Horstman is an old friend. Our boys Kraig and Craig grew up on Aroma Park Little League, our son and their daughter Kristen dated briefly in High School. Paul is the salt of the earth and is very attentive and professional. We would not go anywhere else.
