The work was gutters & downspouts cleaned. They arrived on time and did the work satisfactorily. There was no problem with the drainage during a recent heavy downpour. However, when the job was finished, the workman presented me with a bill. I gave him a check for the charges on the bill. Five days later I received a bill by email. When I questioned this, he said that the workmen did not always turn in the checks in a timely manner and his secretary automatically sent the bill.
