Absolutely horrible, would give 0 stars if it let me. Installed my system just over 1 year ago, on the morning my father died. I have had nothing but trouble with the system. They refused to leave my galvanized duct work, rats have chewed through the cheap crap they put in. When I requested they leave it, they said they would refuse to install. They told me this as I was getting the phone call my father was found dead on the floor. It's 82 degrees in my house, all the time, won't cool below that, all fans full blast. I'm old... read more
