My unit is only 6 months installed and is working as brand new, as I informed the scheduler upon okaying this performance check up. Dylan, arrived as expected. He answered all my questions as an experienced A/C technician. He was congenial and earned my trust in his knowledge and understanding of my New Goodman A/C system. The drain line was not cleaned on the outside unit, at this time. I just want to give a great big thank you to Kyle M (technician) for taking such great care on my AC unit and doing my maintenance. I have been with this company for over 13 years. For the past 3 years, I have been ONLY requesting Kyle to come because he does such an amazing job, and is so thorough in his work. I don't care if I have to wait a little bit for him to be in my area, at least I know the job is getting done right 👏🏼👏🏼

I wanted the air handler blower motor replaced, they sent a nice guy but he said my system was very old and the motor was not available... so he put his boss (Mr. John And) on the speaker phone who tried to sell me a new system... he had a very bad attitude and started screaming on the phone to buy the new system... my wife and I were very frustrated and told the tech to shut the phone and leave our house. He thought since I am 71 years old he can push me to buy a new system for over $13,000. Any way I got the old system fix... read more
