Waited over 9 hours to get estimate on a new Trane a/c unit. Never showed up. Called at 10am and waited in my house that had no heat till 7:45pm. No show!!
After waiting 2 hours passed the allotted time given, the technician shows up. I will give him that he did call to let us know he was an hour out after he was already 45 minutes passed time. When he arrived the technician did not give his name. He looked at the well pump, didn't do anything with it. Ask how old it was. Once he heard it was under a year, he told us it was under warranty (it's not, this was a replacement already) and was disinterested in being there any longer. BEWARE! DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY HANDLE THE FINANCING!! I have had several jobs done by AND Services and the techs are always very knowledgeable and the financing was always easy. Approval for a line of credit is done before the work is completed on the Tech's tablet. However, the company did not get something right with my financing paperwork with this last job and they have been trying to make me pay for it. Work was done on September 14th.
