Excellent job We couldn't have been more satisfied with Kennedy Plumbing. Our laundry room drain plugged up and flooded. As novice homeowners, I called Kennedy on a recommendation from a co-worker. Lars, the plumber they sent, got here exactly in the time window they specified and had the problem diagnosed and fixed knowledgeably and efficiently. He was happy to answer all our questions and explain why things worked (or didn't!) the way they did. Plumbers cost..that's just the nature of the beast, but our good experience wit... read more

Customer Satisfaction - long term! I am sure there are small plumbers out there who do a great job. I like Kennedy in part because they are big. We had a bozo who worked for them mess up a job. One phone call to the office and the problem was fixed - no extra charge - AND an apology. That happens with a small contractor you have no one to make it right for you. We have used Kennedy for over 15 years, and while the individual plumber may change, the great service never does. That is important to us. PROS: Service, knowledge, ... read more

Highly Recommended! – I have used them on two jobs. One went perfect without a hitch. There was a concern on the second job, which the manager took care of right away and made extra sure that everything was in order. They really care about their reputation and value long term relationship with their customers. The charges were fairly reasonable too.
