RecommendedAnctil just replaced our furnaces and hot water tank. They installed new thermostats and got all three zones up and running. They managed all this while we were dealing with a horrific ice storm leaving our entire hillside with downed trees and no power. We are so happy with our new system! The crew was amazing and we enjoyed getting know them. Anctil will be my go to for all further HVAC services. Thank you!!

I had another great experience with Anctil today. My furnace with out over the weekend. They sent someone out today. His name is ChrisK and he helped us out. Great Customer Serivce!
These folks are wonderful! I sent an e-mail on Sunday night when the heat wouldn’t come on- we have never had any business with them but they advertise on the back of my church bulletin. On Monday morn at 8 am- I told them in the e-mail that I was an early riser- they called, verified my request and said their rep would be at the house as soon as he finished his first service call. If you like rude people in your home that don’t give af... hire them. Customer service is not a thing they train their staff... won’t use them again. 👎 pretty disappointing after having worked with them for 14 years...
