The people at ANCRO Door Co. are great! I needed service done on one of my garage doors and the service technician was there to address the issue the same day!!! Richard the technician arrived and provided a very professional service, he had the problem diagnosed and repaired very quickly!! Big Thanks to Richard and the staff at ANCRO for the great customer service!!
We called late in the afternoon - after the door was closed on something causing significant problems - and while no one could get to us immediately (it was around 5pm), I was told someone would be at our house at 8 the next morning. Richard arrived early (!), fixed the door, replaced hinges, double and triple checked everything, and had the door working like brand new in less than 45 minutes. Very quick and professional service. The spring on my garage door broke while opening so door was stuck shut. Richard was at my house within 45 minutes and had it fixed. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing new garage doors or repair work done!
