We were blessed to have Emma P. placed with us. My husband needed help following a back surgery. Emma came in as a breath of air, very attentive, gracious, understanding, knowledgeable and quite wise for her age. She always seemed to know how to say something to encourage my husband in his efforts. It was always a joy to have her come to the home. Emma P. is a jewel and Ancora is fortunate to have her.
Caring and prompt service. The nurses were tremendously helpful. Nursing side of support by nurse Carmen was unmatched! Hospice care was compassionate. They bent over backwards to sign up my loved one quickly. Their support and help was comforting and timely. There was a little bit of a hiccup in the signing of the death declaration by their doctor, but once prompted this issue was cleared up. Thank you Ancora.
They made the process very understandable and truly care for the people involved
Ancora shows total compassion during tough times. Even though my mom wasn't in hospice very long before passing, Ancora was amazing in explaining what they would be able to do for us and the communication was superb.
