From the moment I called Ancora for hospice care for my Mom, it was scary for me, even as a nurse. The team at Ancora took us in like family. The comfort, the care was outstanding. Nurses came at midnight and stayed with us until 3am, ensuring my Mom was comfortable. The entire TEAM was so caring. Making this sad time in our lives a process that was comforting, for my Mom. And for us. They took away the questions we had and turned them in to solutions in such a timely manner. A+++. I am forever grateful, thankful for Ancora.

Dani did an amazing job with her presentation over hospice. I learned so much and didn't realize a lot of a specifics. General things you hear are not correct, so it was good to be properly educated on hospice. I'm a nursing student and was surprised to learn new things. She also gave helpful handouts. Dani expelled the myth about how hospice wants people to die, instead her approach of balancing patient desires, prolonging quality life and combined with understanding they get paid per day (not for a death) helps to think of... read more
