I got charged $425 dollars to install a Chamberlain Garage Door opener. Look online and you can buy one for $120 to $150 dollars. Complete rip off. I just wanted my old one fixed and got upsold. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS. Installed 5-4-19
My garage door is 4 years old. I bought it through and installed by ANCO. I have a screw on the garage door that attaches to the hinge that holds the wheel on. I’ve tried multiple times to screw in but its stripped. I was told it would cost 150 to come out and fix something that wasn’t done right in the first place. 150 for a screw!!! I understand you must charge but that’s a little ridiculous.

We had our new garage door opener installed by @Anco today. Not only were they very courteous on the phone, the tech was great. Answered all our questions, made sure everything was programmed and worked properly, and was also hilarious! Thank you for great customer service!!! PS. I called them this morning and they installed it the SAME DAY!
