We had been looking for my son's second vehicle for a while... he is a Junior in college and we were ready to buy his 2nd car. This time it would be a new car. I was in the process of searching for a new car, and let me tell you it was a hassle. All new cars will eventually get a scratch, but to get the 1st one at the dealership with only 308 miles on the odometer is not good. Then to watch the salesman, maintenance guys, and floor manager all offering different versions of "who done it" and how easy it will be for me to get it fixed (after a 3rd trip to the dealership...next week), leaves me wishing I had kept my old car, or at least wishing I had looked for a different dealership. Once again the service department at Ancira came through. We live in Corpus Christi and although we have a VW dealer here, we had a bad experience with the service department. Ancira fixed what they didn't. We now trust no one but Ancira to touch our vehicle. They are honest and truly professional, always going above and beyond for the customer. I recently bought a new 2013 Volkswagen Jetta from Jay Lucero at Ancira. Ancira already had the best prices in the state according to my research, so I drove in from Austin after work to look for a car. Jay was helpful from start to finish and helped me get the color and style I wanted and negotiate a great price on my Jetta. He even stayed past closing time to help me set up my bluetooth and audio system. I'd recommend him and Ancira to anyone!

I recently just purchased a VW Passat and I had a pleasant experience from the Vw dealer. The whole process was pretty strait forward. My salesman Mr. Wes Weschenfelder was very knowledgable about the various vehicles I test drove knowing everything about them. He even offered suggestions as to how to use the various systems in order to have the best enjoyable experience with my new VW. The VW facilities were very nice as well.
