Don't work with this dealer. I spent 3 days trying to buy a truck from them. They said they work with a lot of people outside of the state. They kept waiting on my state's tax office to get them information to close the deal. I've bought multiple vehichles from another state, and this is the first time where they couldn't figure out the taxes they needed to charge me. During this process they sold the truck to someone else.
Updated review: Recently found out from an attorney that this dealership violated FTC Section 5: Unfair Practice Violation I had purchased a pre-owned truck and dealer had added options, I had asked could they remove them (one being a third-party gps device with 1 yr subscription), and I was told no. Not knowing my rights I proceeded with the purchase. I will file a case with the FTC to see what they can do.
I just want to thank Luis in Service for finally taking care of my battery problem! I had my 2023 F150 in at Lockhart Ford twice for this problem to no avail. Ancira Ford in Floresville will now be my go to Ford dealership!
Very responsive. Went out of their way to assist me. The treatment I got is why I have been buying cars from Ancira for the last 20 years!
