They were used by our contractor for our new house build. The first guy was very nice but struggled with both our bathrooms. Nothing was cleaned up after he was done. Quality was not great. Left some unfinished tiles in the kitchen after hood was installed. Eventually the contractor got another man to come out and go behind the first guy. This guy was nice also. Did a good job but still left some cleanup for me to do.

Good luck trying to get anyone from ACT to call you back. Tried for several weeks to get a call back on tile repair work on tile they installed but no luck.
We have used Ancient City Tile for tile and engineered flooring throughout our house, and for wall tile in 2 bathrooms. Ryan responded quickly every time I contacted him. Nadine was able to locate the flooring I wanted at a lower price than I found elsewhere. And all of our installers took pride in the quality of their work and always left our home cleaned up. Ancient City Tile definitely exceeded our expectations. We feel so lucky to have found them.
