This isn’t a home—it’s a nightmare. The management doesn’t seem to care who they rent to, and the building is full of constant problems, disorder, and suspicious activity. Many residents behave in ways that make the place feel unsafe and neglected. You never know what kind of neighbors will move in next, and tomorrow the same problems could be right outside your door. If you’re looking for a safe and peaceful place to live, stay away from this building. Think very carefully before signing a lease here.
Overall the neighborhood is great for families. I reside at Anchors Weigh. Management is great to work with and maintenance resolves issues quickly. There are a lot of minor things in the building that need some upgrades (however Mike is currently working on them) examples like better cameras, hopefully soon better washers and dryers (always issues), newer elevators (always one that fails). First We would like to Thank Peabody properties for letting us Call this our home.2nd on how fast maintenance gets work done when needed. 3rd The management company on working with the tenants one on one. Goes beyond the help when it’s needed. By returning phone calls if we have to leave a message. They are a little unorganized in the office. Maintenance is on top of things he is doing a good job. They should have assigned parking for the residents.
