They are a little unorganized in the office. Maintenance is on top of things he is doing a good job. They should have assigned parking for the residents.
I’ve been living at anchor Way for five years now. When I first moved here, John, was the manager and he was awesome! The property stayed clean. The hallways were cleaned. The rugs was clean like once a month or every other month there wasn’t trash in the building. People was not leaving items out in the lobby for giveaways or buying it now looks like a flea market every weekend we’re getting up to have an all kinds of items in the lobby that people are giving away of selling. We used live this place few years and it was great place. Well kept, afforbale and safe. Since the current management, it turned into undesirable. I now visit my friend there and they said it had infestation and stealing problem. I guess with covid stealing has become common in many buildings but certain people are responsible for certain behavior like infestation and stealing and there are many of them that had been moving in.
