We ran across Anchors Away Rentals a few years ago now. We have always had an amazing time at their rentals. They work with you in any way they can. Every place we have rented from this company have been super close to the beach. We will never rent from another company anytime we come to PCB. Their response time to any complaints are remarkable. I am renting (through a different rental agency) a small bungalow across the street from some units that Anchors Away Rentals is the management company for. While they were at the property checking on the units, I had the opportunity to speak with some of there employees. Not only are they professional and extremely nice they told me to call them if I need any help during my stay across the street, that is above and beyond! THANK YOU! Lucky homeowners and renters, definitely an agency that cares!
WOW! We have had lots of different hosts over the years of visiting PCB... Anchors Away Rentals is by far our favorite. The unit we rented was right on the beach with amazing views. They treated us like long time friends or family and not just another guest. Holly was a joy to work with, being I work in the hospitality industry it made it that much easier for not only her but us as well. If we had an issue, they responded right away. We have rented via Anchors away for several years. Their customer service and response times are excellent. As with any home, we did have two mechanical issues over the years in our condo, both of which were handled very promptly! We could not have been more pleased. Every condo we stayed in was very clean. Communication is excellent. We choose to keep going back to Anchors Away because we know they will take care of us.
Anchors Away had our backs when we needed a rental after our housing situation went down hill. They got us into a beautiful home for a reasonable price and we can't thank them enough for that. If we EVER need a short term/vacation rental, you better believe we're checking with Anchors Away first.
