this company is a company of discrimination.. they approved me for a place and then denied me all because i had a agency helping with a security deposit! They said that they didnt think I could "Afford" the rent. Im a Class A Cdl driver and i work 2 jobs. I've submitted both of my check stubbs and I make well over the average household by myself. They are completely judgemental and unfair. I have the money to move in today but if there's extra help out here then why not accept it?
RecommendedMoving out of state can be EXTREMELY stressful but finding Anchored was a breath of fresh air! We found the perfect house for our needs in an amazing neighborhood with them and the application process and lease signing was easy and stress free! They have been super attentive and professional all the way. If you are looking for a responsive and respectable property management company, look no further. They are truly great at what they do!
Jessica was super nice and went out of her way to show us a house after hours last minute ! Literally I called her and she went right there ! She was very sweet and welcoming and answered any questions we had. She made the whole process very smooth and quick ! I highly recommend Anchored Property Services to everyone 💕
