I took an early AM strength class with Kelly and loved it! Her great upbeat music and her energy kept me going through planks, burpees, and even bird dogs with weights. I was so awake afterward that I didn’t even need my daily matcha! I’ll definitely be adding this class to my weekly fitness routine.
Although I’m not a patient of Anchored Mind Counseling, I wanted to recognize the kindness I experienced from Michael, the owner. My golf cart broke down with a group of kids on board while driving past their office and he was incredibly empathetic and understanding while I worked to arrange a tow. He made a stressful situation a little easier. It’s a great example of the Roswell spirit (neighbors looking out for neighbors). Thank you, Michael
