We had a truly horrible and negative experience here. We had been going here for several months, when they first opened, and thought we had been building a decent rapport, as mental health treatment often takes time to establish, but then our trust was betrayed and we were treated with hostility. My child suffered some horrible consequences that they are still, months later, trying to recover from.
