Polar Eyes is excellent and saved our kitty’s eyesight. The vets here and their assistants are amazing.
Scheduled an appointment for today for my three pets. Was having someone else take them here but something came up and they weren’t able to make it so I tried to reschedule for a couple days later and they said I would lose my $350 deposit for today. I can understand like a 40 or even $50 fee or something but 350 bucks? Is that common practice? Obviously I’m gonna have to find a way to get them there today. But never going here after again today. I can’t thank the team enough for the incredible care they gave my dog, Valhalla. A special thank you to Amanda. She wasn’t even Valhalla’s assigned nurse, but the moment I needed help, she and Dr. Mehlman stepped in without hesitation. After Valhalla was sedated for his X-rays, I took him to my car while I waited for my final bill. I checked on him several times, and the last time I found him foaming at the mouth from the sedation medication and having diarrhea. Took my pup in after noticing she wasn't feeling well lethargic with signs of pain. A short exam later and some meds and she's back to almost normal. These guys are awesome! My dog loved them and they were so kind and helpful with her. Can't recommend them enough!
