Website doesn't work, takes a week to Mail prescriptions, while I do without medication.
If u can get ur pain management done off campus, do it. Don't believe them when they tell you your well being and wanting u to be pain free is their top priority. I've been being seen there for over 10 years. They screw up so much it's not a joke. At least 5 times a year they will screw medication orders up. They will use every excuse in the book, but never fix anything or try to make it less of a burden. This facility is brand new, and still same problems of inept workers and thousands of excuses. Absolutely terrible service. They give me the run around everytime I call. I can't get a hold anyone there. They leave me on hold and hang up. I can't ever get my medication on time either. When I do reach a human and not automation, they're extremely rude. I've gone weeks without my medication. I'm curious how many veterans have died to do the same shameful neglect at this VA.
