I made a reservation for Spring Hill Suites in Denver. Then had to cancel due to an injury. I cancelled 20 days ahead of the planned trip and they would not return my deposit of 200$. They just made a free 200 bucks at my families expense. Their cancellation policy was April 1st for a June 29th arrival. Ridiculous. Beware! Read the fine print so your family doesn't lose money it cant afford to lose.

If you have ever wanted to feel like you're a true VIP (and not the sleezy club-type), The Glenn is the place to go. Their lounge and dining area are they the type of place that you might run into a celebrity or two at. The dimly-lit mood lighting sets the tone for a mellowed-out, relaxed vibe that makes it hard not to spend a few hours just drinking and eating with a group of friends. Ruined our time there... – Charged $250 for less than a dime size of water based paint on a pillowcase, and some dirty towels. Stuff they would have to wash anyway! Rip off in price for the value... not helpful staff in the least. If you have to stay here, minimize your stay as much as you can.

Beware! Westin Buckhead Employs Convicted Felons! – Heads up to all Atlanta tourists... The Westin Buckhead (3391 Peachtree Rd NE Atlanta, Ga), adjacent to Lenox mall, employs convicted felons! One such felon, who works in the Banquet department, has been convicted of credit card theft, credit card fraud & firearm possession! As a consumer, I find it disturbing that a brand such as Starwood Hotels would allow these type of individuals to represent their establishments. Best Hotel with great hospitality – Recently i stayed at the Courtyard Parmer Lane, in North Austin. I had a very good experience. Superp service, the front desk executive were polite and attentive. Nice and clean rooms with all the facilities such as flat screen TV's, good rest room facilities and a convenient bed. In addition to that, free wi-fi in the lobby, good workout facilities, indoor pool. Very big surprise in the hotel is that it has a bar with good selection of wines.
