It’s truly sad to watch ARC go the way of typical treatment mills. While most staff genuinely care, the overall structure seems driven more by volume than individual treatment. 2 clinicians and 2 case managers for over 60 clients is just unacceptable. It’s definitely an upper management issue. They are continually cutting back on simple client needs and not addressing core issues. This place is terrible. Staff goes out of their way to create problems or are to incompetent to anticipate problems.
This is an amazing place to receive secondary trauma. Two of the female staff members go out of their way to talk down to you.
Excellent staff. Caring and compassionate. Real asset to the community.
