Anchorage Neurosurgery is my first choice in spine and brain care. Dr Rosenbaum was very careful when reviewing my condition before jumping into surgery. He ordered another MRI and images, as well as a test to see if the procedure he felt needed to be done would work. I’m very pleased with his care as well as his PA, Jen, and the staff at Anchorage Neurosurgery.
I’ve had 2 surgeries with Dr.Rosenbaum excellent bed side manner very caring. He’s good telling like it is. His office staff are great and medical team. PA Jennifer very sweet. Rachel is great and there young lady not sure her name well heck everyone is great. Also at the same day surgery center they were wonderful. If I had to go back I would come here first Just call you can speak with anyone Sorry if I don’t make sense . Thank you (Mahalo nui loa)
I appreciated Dr. Rosenbaum's advice about exploring and trying out all my options available to treat my back pain rather than simply recommending surgery. I've worked with this office since 2014. Everyone is courteous and setting up appointments was easy. I highly recommend this office and staff.
Came to Dr. Bernard as a referal. He was very polite and profesional. He discribed the procedure needed to relieve my pain and was easy to understand. I felt more comfortable with his procedure as he explained what I needed and what was not needed. Looking forward to getting back to life.
Excellent care and service. Great communications, staff are on top of things from beginning to end. Dr. Rosenbaum is professional and proficient. Jennifer and Rachel helped us through the entire process always with excellent service and upbeat attitudes. Very friendly folks from the moment we met them.
We absolutely love Dr. Bernard He’s been God sent to our little seven-year-old son Michael. Not only has God used him to save our sons life, but we fall in love with him. Dr. Bernard, has faithfully checked in on Michael even in the mist of quarantine with COVID-19. Everything he’s ever said has worked out. I was comfortable the minute I walked in. The staff are friendly and efficient. The Dr. who performed the procedure I had done was great! Everything was explained clearly with the opportunity and encouragement to ask questions. It was a good experience with no stress!
