Very disappointed with their service. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Renee Smith prior to her leaving. I was then switched to Dr. Vivian Burke and while she was great, the assisting staff was not great. Decided to Finnish up my treatment but when I called back, I was then scheduled with Dr. Blair ( I was going in for wisdom tooth evaluation). Dr. Blair is also wonderful. Very professional And very Accommodating to me and my schedule as a student, they gave me options which made me feel like the person in charge.
It’s hard to panic when your Dr is very kind and speaks sweetly, but gotta say Dr Blair, it doesn’t matter how nice you are (and you are) having someone explain getting a filling I may be freaking out a little... 😬😬 needles, drill 😰😰 Ok I’ll try to trust you.. 😳😰
They have some really great staff, my hygienist is the best!
12 people in the waiting area not social distanced at all. Most had masks on. Both receptionists had masks pulled down off their noses. When it was my daughter’s turn to go into the treatment room I was asked to wait 40 minutes in the waiting area. Not going back until they can comply with state mandates.
