Staying at this high-rise in the heart of the city was a fantastic experience, mostly because the views from the upper floors are absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to see the snow-capped mountains and the water right from my window made the stay feel truly special. The location is perfect for exploring on foot, as it is just a short walk to local museums, great seafood spots, and the coastal trail. I want to extend a HUGE shoutout to Nika for his incredible customer service this past week. I arrived on Tuesday for a work meeting but I had no room. Inside, I was having a mild panic attack but Nika kept his cool the entire time while I was on the phone w/my home office. He was informative, kind, and very knowledgeable. He made sure the charges were applied to the appropriate account, which I really appreciated. Not only did he serve me THAT day, but each time I came to the lobby, he called me by my name.
