Marriot is always a good choice! Exactly what you would expect, very clean, very comfortable! Great location for a day in Anchorage.
The bad: toilet papers so far back... The food selection at breakfast is quite small (or I am too used to really international spread). Quite expensive room rate even for Marriot standard but I think it can't be helped since its only few months summer season where people flock to Alaska The good: lovely front desk staff always with a smile. Love that the room temperature can be controlled easily. Love the waffle at breakfast, the only reason I went for the breakfast on the 2nd day.
Stayed here several times. They have never honored my Bonvoy status. Recommend staying elsewhere. Also only two elevators working for 20 floors.
