$1,000 a night is highway robbery for a very tawdry Marriott that preys on the cruise ship folks. This would be a $140/night hotel in any city anywhere else but here. There's gotta be a better way.
Room was very clean and staff was friendly. We were very excited to see the ocean or mountains but we had a room on the 3rd floor with a spectacular view of the A/C and dryer units or I would have given a better rating. If you are reserving, make sure you request to be away from that view. Other than that, it was convenient walking to local restaurants and shops.
Please just heat the pool! It's cold even though it says it's heated. But the rooms and staff are excellent
They don't allow Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite members to include their membership in this hotel, because of course it will impact their bottom-line. Horrible!
