The staff is professional and the service is very humanized. Nurse Samantha is kind and I literally didn't feel any pain when she gave me the shots. The woman with glasses at the desk is nice and smiley. Everyone is very polite and friendly.
They some free services if you check their website and are pretty fast if you go in the morning. But if they are short staffed then you may need to have a bit more patience.
3/6/24. The lab doesn't answer their phone during posted business hours and there is no way to leave a message... Still trying to find out the results of my two tests...
