Great service, fast and very professional. The entire staff was professional and made me feel at ease with the procedure. The use of papayapay.com was less than ideal and feel that AEC could find a better bill pay service...Not a fan of getting " blasted with buy this service for your protection" when all I wanted to do is pay my bill.
The staff was efficient, kind and attentive to their patients. Extremely organized and professional facility. I give this clinic an A+. I’ve been to other digestive centers and there is no comparison to this facility. Thank you Dr. Roy & staff.
I was brought back quickly for my procedure, and everyone was incredibly kind and proficient. AEC took great care of me!
Warm and friendly and humorous clinic staff, efficient and on time. Overall good experience for an awkward procedure. The only thing that could be better is that the reception window needs to be redesigned and more welcoming. (Not the person, but the facility.)
