After hearing a radio advertisement and reading some reviews on Google I decided to call and schedule a cleaning only to find out they aren’t taking anymore clients who are covered under the insurance policy I have. The receptionist said they have hit their “cap” and if Im not related to somebody who is already a member then they wont take me. Then she promptly hung up. No other explanation was given and I was left feeling insulted and frustrated.
