Used car purchase We were new to the area and went into this dealership 'blind', but ended up having a very good outcome in finding a vehicle which was our perfect fit. The customer service from our salesman, David DelReal and his co-workers, made a stressful experience much easier. We will definitely buy our next vehicle at this location and use the same salesman. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a car.
Excellent Experience After leaving another Jeep dealership in Anchorage where our treatment could only be described as disappointing, we were treated extremely well at Anchorage Chrysler Jeep by everyone we worked with. Steve Callison went above and beyond what we expected from our experience buying a new car, and Van Castle and Scott Allen were also a pleasure to work with. We plan on returning to this dealership for all our buying and service needs.
Good service dept Recently we had a recall that needed to be taken care of on our van. I was to call the local dealership and have it taken care of. I first called lithia chrysler and they were just awful, wanted me to wait weeks to get an appointment since the recall was all we needed and we had never been there. Great Service Anchorage Chrysler Doge Jeep Ram was very helpful and did not put my wife and I under any pressure when we purchased our new Liberty.
