I have never had a more frustrating and disappointing experience dealing with the people at this place. There is a ridiculous lack of communication between the office and the patient and between the people in the office. I wounder if the head doctors of this establishment know that their underlings can't even get a simple prescription to the correct pharmacy? I have two months left before I fulfill my requirements for gastric bypass surgery, and I am lucky to be going through this journey with Dr. Clark, Tim, Stephanie, and Erica. Ok, well maybe not Erica because she's mean. She's so mean she actually has me preferring fruits & veggies rather than chocolate & chips. Those old standbys are just not tasting good anymore. Although I’m at the beginning of my journey, I feel confident that I’m on the right path to long term weight loss. So far, the support staff have been amazing and very supportive.
