I have never had a more frustrating and disappointing experience dealing with the people at this place. There is a ridiculous lack of communication between the office and the patient and between the people in the office. I wounder if the head doctors of this establishment know that their underlings can't even get a simple prescription to the correct pharmacy? Although I’m at the beginning of my journey, I feel confident that I’m on the right path to long term weight loss. So far, the support staff have been amazing and very supportive.
