Could not get seen over 3 dollars because I was Medicaid. This place is not kind to any one low income or on Medicaid. If they pretend they are it’s just for the money. No care for the patients as long as they get their money in the end. I’d do research on other doctors before choosing any one here.
Had emergency surgery in the middle of the night here with Dr. Sigley. I can not express my gratitude for saving me and how well he treated me. Had a need on a Saturday after and he called me back himself right away and took care of it. The care here is superior.
Dr.Kohl is fantastic, but their reception staff and medical assistants truly lack the abilities needed to fulfill their positions. I have called in an urgent manner over 10 times and just never hear back. No one ever answers the phone. Its truly sad.
I can't recommend this place after everything I have been through. Dr. Lee put me through a lot especially emotionally. I kept my cool numerous times. This last visit with him I expressed issues and said I didn't feel right and he blew me off. I ended up in the ER in severe pain and found out I had a bowel obstruction. I had to get emergency surgery to fix it. I told everyone there in his office and nobody called me. I am getting in contact with patient advocate etc because this is unacceptable. I had barratric surgery 5 yrs ago with dr Clark. I was 305 lbs after 5 yrs I am 220 I highly recommend Dr. Clark. He is the best and on this type of surgery you want the best.
