I’ve been coming to Alaska Audiology since about 2010 maybe longer I’m not sure. I want to say Jay Lee has been the most professional front desk receptionist I’ve ever meant in my experience visiting this office. She is patient understanding kind and has answers to all my questions. Andrea Chaffin has also been the same. Dr. Robert Ellis never rushes you, always is so helpful and is willing to help you with all your hearing aid needs. I’m so glad we have a great place in Anchorage to help with hearing loss. I'm in Homer, 200 miles out of Anchorage, and the audiologist comes down only about once every two weeks or so. However, I've had excellent service from them, even remotely. They are very, Friendly, helpful, and responsive.
Several contributing factors.
Made an appointment for impressions to be made for a custom set of ear plugs. Wonderful staff and the new receptionist was exceptionally helpful and friendly.
