I was referred to this office by my ENT for a hearing evaluation. The testing process itself was good, and I was told I had hearing loss that could benefit from hearing aids. The front office staff were all very nice and professional. My concerns arose afterward when trying to understand my insurance coverage and treatment options. My wife and I and our daughter wanted to pass on the advantages of the of the Audible Hearing aids. They have a function which you must activate on the app for a fall notification. My wife fell at home and we both were notified immediately. I just happened to be returning from a doctor appointment in Wasilla. I’ve been coming to Alaska Audiology since about 2010 maybe longer I’m not sure. I want to say Jay Lee has been the most professional front desk receptionist I’ve ever meant in my experience visiting this office. She is patient understanding kind and has answers to all my questions. Andrea Chaffin has also been the same. Dr. Robert Ellis never rushes you, always is so helpful and is willing to help you with all your hearing aid needs. I’m so glad we have a great place in Anchorage to help with hearing loss. I'm in Homer, 200 miles out of Anchorage, and the audiologist comes down only about once every two weeks or so. However, I've had excellent service from them, even remotely. They are very, Friendly, helpful, and responsive.
